Cancellation Information

In case of a cancellation, we will of course try to rent the room(s) to someone else. Only the times that cannot be re-rented will be considered in the "accommodation loss costs."

For a firmly concluded booking, the legal claim arising from the concluded guest accommodation contract will incur an 80% charge on the accommodation portion (excluding breakfast) in case of cancellation.
